Still photos for MLS are delivered within 24 hours. Video walkthroughs and social media reels are typically delivered within 48 hours depending on scope.
Yes. Virtual twilight and virtual staging are available as add-ons for any listing. Please note these are digitally altered photos.
We serve Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, North Charleston, Daniel Island, Johns Island, James Island, West Ashley, Goose Creek, Moncks Corner, and Folly Beach.
No one has to be present at the time of the session unless if there are pets that need to be tended to. All that is needed is code/access to the property before arriving. Either way the property can be vacant or owner, tenant or agent may be present.
At the time of the session the property should be presentable that allows for photos to be taken. A pre-shoot checklist will be provided in advanced to provide owner or real estate agent to make recommended cleanup, staging, etc. It is not the photographer's responsibility to perform tasks like moving furniture/items, closing toilet seats, clear pool supplies, etc.
Weather, schedules conflict and other stuff happens. It's understandable, but please try to give a 24+ hours notice in advanced and would be happy to reschedule.
